Our small studio is located approximately 200 metres from Porto S. Nicolo and the lakeside promenade, in a larger residential complex from the 1960s. Situated directly on the cycle path, it is about 1.5 km to Riva downtown and 4 km to Arco. The living area of our studio with south-facing balcony and views over the communal garden and the olive groves of Monte Brione is on the 3rd floor. The parking spaces are located directly on the north side in front of the building.
